Carbon Offset

Carbon Offset is a system of offsetting emitted CO2 by investing project such as planting tree that preserve forest absorption resource and clean energy (natural sunlight, hydraulic power, wind power and geothermal heat), which cannot reduce by direct measures.

*We have implemented carbon offset in Legacy Carbon Offset project 'Summit Forest' of 'Incorporated NPO Sapporo Convention Network'.

(The basis of calculation: calculating the amounts of packages, their weights and transportation derived from own standard which was made based on a calculating method guideline for CO2 emission in logistics industry stated by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism.)

This is a product that customers can contribute own carbon elimination by purchasing the products.

Our Carbon Offset products
  • Green Eco New Year Card (a new year card with name-print service and a new year cards package)
    This product can contribute forestation in Bihoro town, Hokkaido through purchasing new year cards. A larch is planed every 310 cards with name-print service or 36 card packages.
  • Carbon Offset Calendar
    This service makes you contribute forestation in Bihoro town, Hokkaido through purchasing a calendar. A larch is planted per 100 calendars.
